At Wellness Care Home, our residents are provided with exceptional care that glorifies an amazing God who blesses us all. We meet our residents where they're at, identify their specific needs and provide them with care that is exceptional and empathic. We prepare home cooked meals with lots of love, using quality ingredients. We manage medications, groom our residents in a timely manner, and uphold cleanliness to create a safe, care home haven. There are no shortcuts in our approach to caring for our residents: serve others with passion or don't serve at all. We believe a little love and attention goes a long way towards encouraging a healthy mind, body, soul and spirit.
Walking the Walk
Caring for others is a privilege. By God's grace, the good Lord, Jesus Christ has called our caregivers to walk humbly with Him. Our administrator is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who has dedicated numerous years to serving others in many diverse living situations, from private residences and 6-bed RCFE's to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our caregivers receive ongoing training that range from changing residents, transferring them safely, understanding dementia and challenging behaviors to living with hospice care. We involve our families and utilize skilled healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure collaborative care and comfort is well suited to help our residents.
